Nollywood actress Bimpe Akintunde has penned an emotional message to Peju Ogunmola following her announcement of a return to the screen after the death of her only child. She recently described the veteran star as an angel, and fans have been reacting.
In an Instagram post alongside a photo of the actress, Bimpe celebrated Peju Ogunmola’s strength, stating that her bravery is worthy of praise.
Welcoming the moviestar back to the industry, she prayed for her to experience long life and peace for the rest of her days.
“Dear Mother you are an Angel. I celebrate your strength Ma. Thank you for being brave. Keep enjoying the grace of God. Long life and peace is what I pray for. Welcome back ma,” she wrote.
Recall that Peju, wife of comic actor Sunday Omobolanle better known as Aluwe, recently shared a video to announce her comeback to acting months after losing her son, Ayomikun Omobolanle.
In the video, she appreciated her fans and colleagues for their love and prayers during her mourning period, stressing that she is finally ready to go back to doing what she loves.
“A new month, a new dawn. The past months have been heavy, but your love, prayers, and condolences have carried me through the storm. Today I rise, stronger, grateful, and ready to embrace my passion again.
The screens have missed me, and I’m back doing what I love most,” she added.
