Former BBNaija housemate Vee Iye has come out to advise Nigerian girls to stop injecting their faces with fillers.
She recently revealed that the bad habit is making Lagos women look like fictional characters nowadays.
Reacting via her social media page, Vee disclosed that several Lagos girls are currently walking around looking like Squidward, a popular SpongeBob SquarePants cartoon character.
According to her, it’ll be best if her gender puts the needle down as soon as possible before their faces become completely unrecognizable by those who know them.
“These fillers have got Lagos girls looking like handsome Squidward. It’s enough queens. Put the needle down,” she wrote.
Meanwhile, Nollywood actress Temitope Solaja has shared the reason why she underwent a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) and dental surgery.
She recently revealed that the decision was driven by personal desire rather than industry pressure or external validation.
According to the moviestar, her main motivation was to boost her self-esteem and overall happiness, and she is more than pleased with the outcome.
“I didn’t fix my body because of any man. I love fashion. I love to dress up. I have a big stomach and a small stature. My body didn’t align with my style. That’s why I did liposuction with BBL. I did the procedure to feel better in my own skin.
When I dress, I want to look in the mirror and say, ‘Girl, you look good. I smile a lot. I wanted my smile to reflect how I feel inside. People tell me I look good — both online and in real life. And I appreciate it. I was beautiful before, but now, I feel even more confident. I also fixed my teeth three years ago in America,” she said.
