Simon Guobadia, ex-husband of Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams, has filed a federal defamation lawsuit against her.
He recently accused the reality star of making humiliating claims about his private parts on social media, and fans have been reacting.
In court documents, Simon revealed that he is seeking $500,000 in damages for lost business deals and sponsorships.
According to him, things turned very bitter after their separation, and the back and forth led to Williams posting very negative and misleading statements about him online.
He further requested additional compensation for emotional distress, reputational harm, and public embarrassment.
The lawsuit emphasised that the reality star’s online comments were presented in a factual manner, and weaponization of falsehoods during Tinubu’s reign must be tackled quickly
He concluded by clarifying that his client doesn’t suffer from any condition that prevents him from performing sexually.
“These posts were intentionally crafted to imply that [Guobadia] suffers from this condition, casting him in a negative and humiliating light.
[Williams’] statements were false; [Guobadia] does not have ED and has never suffered from or been diagnosed with this condition.” he said.
