In demonstration of his commitment to advocating for the youth in Abia State and his efforts to leverage federal programs for the benefit of Abia Youths, the Senior Legislative Aide to the Senate President, Hon (Dr) Ikenna Nicolas Ukwa yesterday met with the Honorable Minister for Youth Development, Hon Olawande Emmanuel Ayodele in his office Abuja to discuss ways Abia Youths can benefit from the Federal Government’s empowerment programs under the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Hon Ikenna Nicolas Ukwa , as a youth advocate expressed interest in collaborating with the Honorable Minister to ensure Abia Youths benefit from the Ministry’s programs, particularly in digital skills acquisition and empowerment that will bring development and employment opportunities.
The Honorable Minister in his response thanked Chief Ikenna Nicolas Ukwa for the visit and outlined the Ministry’s rollout programs approved by President Bola Tinubu. He assured Chief Ukwa that upon invitation, he would organize an interactive session with Abia Youths and implement empowerment programs to improve their lives, enhance their skills and employment prospects.
