Dribbles, Skillz and goals galore as the first ever Okoli community champions tournament began amid jubilation in Gbagada,Lagos state, Nigeria.
The tournament began on Saturday June 29th with lots of excitement among football fans in Gbagada.
In game one on matchday 1, Ademola FC lost to Zion FC, game 2 saw All Stars FC defeat Norwish FC by 3-1 while game 3 saw Akanbite defeat Derick FC.
24 teams are participating in the event and the winner will go home with a prize of 500,000
The purpose of setting up the tournament is to give back to the society and encourage youths to embrace football and hun social vices.
