The Chief Executive Officer of Prosperous Ariori Golden Venture Limited, Abiodun Ariori, has been declared wanted by the Lagos State Police Command.
Abiodun is a wanted man in connection with the death of 3 persons during a violent clash in the Owode Onirin area of the state.
According to the police, the deadly brawl happened during a confrontation between traders and suspected land grabbers in the community.
On the 27th of August, 2025, the Commissioner of Police, Olohundare Jimoh, led his officers to the location to restore law and order.
3 people who sustained major injuries during the clash were confirmed dead on arrival at the hospital, while a police inspector who was severely injured amid the violence remains in critical condition.
Abiodun’s name popped up during preliminary investigations, but despite efforts to place him under arrest, the suspect is currently nowhere to be found.
With Abiodun Ariori’s last known address believed to be around Egbeda, the CEO is described as dark in complexion.
In line with Olohundare Jimoh’s order, 4 police officers allegedly brought into Lagos State by the wanted suspect have been arrested and locked up for orderly room trial.
The captured policemen were allegedly found to be on illegal duty in partnership with Ariori.
