Teenager Lamine Yamal found space on the right and delivered an assist for Nico Williams, who slotted the ball home. England, who had fallen behind for the fourth consecutive game in the tournament, equalized in the 73rd minute through substitute Cole Palmer.
However, Oyarzabal’s late goal denied England their first major international trophy in 58 years, sealing Spain’s place as European champions once again.
