In a remarkable display of community care, over 500 public primary school pupils benefitted from the free healthcare services provided by Odiolowo-Ojuwoye LCDA on Olomowewe Street, off Olateju Street, despite inclement weather.

This three-day health initiative, a collaborative effort between the LCDA and the Islamic Medical Association of Nigeria (IMAN), drew early morning crowds, with registrations commencing as early as 5 a.m.

Hon Nureini Babajide, Supervisor for Health, lauded the council Chairman, Hon Rasaq Olusola Ajala for bringing vital healthcare services directly to the community, emphasizing the program’s exceptional nature.

He highlighted the comprehensive health checks, including ophthalmological screenings, dental treatments, high blood pressure tests, and various medical interventions.

Expressing gratitude to IMAN for their support, Hon. Babajide acknowledged the significance of this year’s health program, citing its impact on diverse health conditions within the LCDA.

Beneficiaries, such as Mr. Olanrewaju Elegbeleye, Mr. Wasiu Agboola Olomowewe, and Mrs. Bello Abiola, commended Hon Ajala for the well-organized program, expressing heartfelt prayers for continued blessings upon the Council Boss and his team.
